Wolf Spirit Sage: Blue Sage & Palo Santo

Blue Sage, also know as grandmother sage, is used in cleansing and exorcism. Palo Santo is used for purification, to bring good luck, and cleansing negative spirits.

Light smudge stick or loose leaves, wait a moment, then blow out flames. Fan embers lightly to keep smoldering (may need to be re-lit). Use the smoke to "wash" persons, property, or spaces.
